We at LabSavant- iPhoneGadgets.ca strive to stock quality products from reputable manufacturers. If a damaged product gets through our strict standards, we’ll be happy to help with a replacement if it can’t be fixed. No refund will be issued for other reasons.
NO RETURN ON USED ITEMS AS THEY ARE TESTED BEFORE SHIPMENT
(We can make a video of the used working item and packaging it while filming before shipping the unit to you)
DEFECTIVE RETURNS ONLY:
- All goods are supplied with a 7 day fault warranty.
- Faulty goods can only be returned for exchange not refund).
How to Get a Replacement:Replacement requests for defective items must be made within 7 days from reception of items.
- Please send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please include your order number and a description of the products defects.
- A customer service representative will assist you in sending the defective item back to our warehouse. Once the defective item is received, you will be sent your tested replacement.
- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s). You will need to have this RMA number before shipping your product back to us.
Note: RMA numbers typically take between 48 and 72 hours to complete, so please be patient when waiting for yours! All RMA numbers issued by LabSavant are valid for ten (10) business days. All returns must be received within this period. Late or incomplete returns may be subject to refusal. Any items returned without an RMA number will be automatically returned.
